Inquiries, quotations and orders
Sending a brief requests a conversation; it does not create an order or a commitment to produce or install work. Scope, design approvals, materials, price, payment, production schedule and delivery terms must be agreed in a separate written quotation or agreement.
U.S. and international projects
This English-language site welcomes inquiries from U.S. businesses. R&M is based in Peru. Availability of production, shipping, customs arrangements and on-site services must be assessed for the specific project. No U.S. office, manufacturing location or nationwide installation service is represented by this site.
Specifications and approvals
Provide accurate dimensions, quantities, location, venue rules and deadlines. Any applicable permits, safety standards or technical requirements must be identified and assigned in the project agreement. Concept visuals and the interactive design explorer are illustrations, not engineering drawings, final proofs or product quotations.
Portfolio and intellectual property
Portfolio images show past work from our existing archive. Visible third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and do not imply a current endorsement. You should have the rights or permissions needed for artwork you ask us to reproduce.
Payments, changes and cancellations
This website does not collect payments. Any payment schedule, cancellation charge, revision allowance, warranty or shipping responsibility must be set out in the accepted quotation. Ask us about these conditions before confirming a project.
